This laboratory will explore ways in which circus artists from all disciplines can develop content rich and physically strong and enjoyable work.

‘There have been some really great developments from circus artists using their skills in the service of a narrative or conceptual framework. I think they've also benefited from the opportunity to adapt and develop their own vocabulary. It seems to me that when form and content are equally strong, the results are always more satisfying for the audience.’
